Meet the Cast – Bella

1. What was your first Rocky Horror experience?
The first time I heard about Rocky Horror was when I was reading The Perks of Being A Wallflower. Then I saw the movie showing a shadow cast and was immediately hooked!

2. What made you get involved in MiRPHS?
As we got out of quarantine, I realized I needed a social outlet, and one of my besties was on cast, she convinced me to join her on cast!

3. Favorite Costume piece(s)?
Literally every single one! The Magenta robe for Toucha in the Roaring 20s show is gorgeous, but I take a lot of joy from Janet’s pride dress that I helped to create.

4. Besides Rocky, what are some other hobbies you take part in?
I love learning, so I spend a lot of time diving into my school work! I’m coming to love sewing and spend a lot of time stitching and bitching.

5. What is/are your top favorite character(s) to play?
Janet was my first character so she holds a special spot in my heart, but Magenta is also tons of fun!

6. What does your ideal Sunday look like?
Sleeping in as late as humanly possible, lounging in my PJs even after I’ve woke up, and having food delivered! I’m watching a lot of Survivor lately, so probably binging another season is involved in this day too.

7. How do you relax?
I love taking naps, and I spend a lot of time decompressing with my loved ones! Just talking to the people I love is a huge source of stress relief for me.

8. What kind of movies do you like?
Musicals are probably my favorite, but I love a good, cheesy horror movie too!

9. Top Favorite MiRHPS Theme Show(s)?
ALL OF THEM! I’m biased towards pirates, Becky’s work is impeccable, and I loved working alongside her to create the pieces!

10. One thing you couldn’t live without?
Sentimental answer: my loved ones. Real answer: my squishmallows!

11. What’s your favorite Rocky Call Back?
“Caskets, caskets, I love caskets!”

12. Tell us 1 un-interesting fact about yourself.
One of my favorite past-times is looking up menus for restaurants, even if I’ll never eat there in my life.
